Apple Stores in Soho, the Upper West Side, and West 14th Street will be putting on mini concerts for Apple’s Black Music Month series throughout the month of June. Artists such as Jadakiss, Leah Smith, and Ryan Leslie are just a handful of artists participating in this nationwide music series. Visit Apple.com/retail/blackmusicmonthlive for information on other artists, specific dates, and selected locations. Some shows require a wristband so if you don’t want to be stuck peeking over shoulders to get glimpses of the performance, get there early. Most show times start at seven pm.
Be Warned: People were asked to leave for recording the performance. Photography without flash is permitted at Apple’s Black Music Month concerts.
